San Antonio Mayor Julián Castro to deliver keynote at Dem convention

San Antonio Mayor Julián Castro will address the 2012 Democratic National Convention on opening night. Castro, 37, has been mayor for three years.

Castro will be the first Latino to deliver the keynote address at the Democratic National Convention.
